Our sandwiches, chicken spaghetti and tortilla soup are great, but we
know what you're really after...DESSERT!  

We pride ourselves on our homemade pies, cakes, brownies, and cookies.  
Below you'll find our delicious creations that we offer every day as well as
a listing of all the creations that come out of our kitchen throughout the
year.  So, whether you need a mid-day treat or something(s) sweet for
your next party, meeting, or gathering, you can always count on The
Pantry Bakery to give you what you need.
Pantry Sweet Treats:

PIES:

Chocolate Chip* - Chocolate chips and pecans.  Like a big delicious cookie!
($15.99+tax)
Chocolate Cream* - Rich, thick homemade chocolate custard over sweet homemade
cream cheese base.  Covered with whipped topping and sprinkled with chocolate
chips. ($15.99+tax)
Coconut Cream* - Our delicious vanilla custard mixed with coconut.  Covered with
whipped topping and more coconut. ($15.99+tax)
Banana Split* - Your ice cream favorite in pie form!  A layer of sliced bananas, our
delicious vanilla custard, sliced pineapple, chocolate syrup.  Covered with whipped
topping sprinkled with crushed pecans and cherries. ($15.99+tax)
Buttermilk* - A wonderful sweet pie with a hint of tanginess from buttermilk.  Similar to
chess pie. ($15.99+tax)
Key Lime Pie* (seasonal) - Sweet, tart and refreshing filling over a toasted graham
cracker crust.  ($15.99+tax)
Apricot* (seasonal) - Tangy and fruity pie baked until the apricots caramelize.  Every
slice packed and overflowing with apricot goodness!  ($17.99+tax)
Strawberry* (seasonal) - Looks and tastes like summer.  A bounty of freshly sliced
strawberries covered in a sweet glaze over our home-made cream cheese base.

Low Sugar Lime, Lemon, or Strawberry* - Nothing artificial.  No added sweeteners.  
Yogurt and gelatin.  Being good should taste good! ($15.99+tax)

Apple (seasonal)- The classic pie!  Fresh Granny Smith apples tossed with cinnamon
and baked until the perfect golden brown.  Can't beat it!  (ALSO AVAILABLE LOW
SUGAR) ($17.99+tax)
Cherry Cream (seasonal) - Home-made sweet cream cheese base under lots of
cherry pie filling with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.  Covered with whipped topping,
chocolate chips and cherries. ($17.99+tax)
Cherry (Baked Fruit) (seasonal) - Sweet/tart cherry pie filling with a hint of almond
baked under a golden lattice crust.  Looks beautiful, tastes better.  ($17.99+tax)
Banana Cream - Sliced bananas and our delicious vanilla custard.  ($15.99+tax)
Brownie Fudge - A meeting of our moist, thick brownies and pie.  Dotted with delicious
pecans.  ($15.99+tax)
Pumpkin (seasonal) - Fall/winter favorite!  Creamy pumpkin with the perfect blend of
sugar and spice.  ($15.99+tax)
Pumpkin Crunch (seasonal) - Our perfect pumpkin pie perfected (taste them both and
that will make sense) with a toasted brown sugar and pecan topping.  ($15.99+tax)
Peach - See apricot pie above.  Insert peaches.  Enjoy!  ($17.99+tax)
Pecan (seasonal) - The Texas favorite!  Sweet with just a hint of saltiness to really
round out the richness.  Packed full of crunchy Texas pecans!  ($17.99+tax)

CAKES:
Classic Chocolate* - Moist, decadent, chocolatey and covered with house-made
chocolate frosting. (9x13 or 3-Layer) ($22.99)
Italian Creme* - Moist, buttery yellow cake speckled with coconut and pecan pieces and
iced with our homemade cream cheese frosting.  Topped with more shredded coconut
and pecan pieces.
Carrot - Luscious cake kept moist by a batter made with freshly grated carrots and
crushed pineapple.  A hint of cinnamon and scattering of pecan pieces perfectly rounds
out the flavor.  Iced with our homemade cream cheese frosting.
German Chocolate - Our moist, decadent, chocolatey chocolate cake covered with a
heavenly sweet glaze and speckled with shredded coconut and pecan pieces.
Strawberry Cream (seasonal) - Moist, creamy cake made with fresh actual
strawberries and frosted with homemade strawberry sweetened cream cheese frosting.
Red Velvet - Moist, tender, crumby cake with just a hint of chocolate.  Frosted with
homemade sweetened cream cheese and dotted with sliced almonds.

OTHER GOODIES:

Four-Layer Delight - Pantry specialty!  Bottom layer: pecan shortbread cookie.  2nd
layer: homemade cherry (winter)/strawberry (summer) cream cheese.  3rd layer: thick
homemade chocolate custard.  4th layer: fluffy whipped topping sprinkled with pecan
pieces.

Cheesecake - Crumbly graham cracker crust holding sweet, tangy, creamy and dense,
vanilla layer of perfection.  (Ask about different toppings and flavors).

Assorted Cookie Tray - Chewy and gooey chocolate chip cookies with crunchy bits of
pecans.  Simple, crunchy, and delicious pecan shortbread cookies rolled in powdered
